TASTING NOTES

Dry, light-bodied with a little effervescent spritz, this wine is loaded with strawberries & cream, watermelon and seaside ocean spray. 

Along with Ameztoi, Txomin has been the instrumental figurehead for the advancement of Txakoli - (the two neighbours establishing the DOs for Txakoli) in the last decade. 

With vineyards on steep, steep cliffside slopes (slip and your in the ocean!), you can almost feel the ocean in the wine.

Stainless steel fermentation, natural carbonation from fermentation with some lees aging.
