We love under-represented regions of the wine world and producers who use local/autochthonous - and/or climate-suitable - grapes that are better adapted to their natural environment, meaning they:
- Better encourage biodiversity
- Require less/no manipulation in the vineyards (insecticides and pesticides, etc.)
- Require less/no irrigation water
