Take the mystery out of tasting, pairing and purchasing Sake with Kaja Altosaar.

A Sake Specialist, Kaja will discuss the different styles, and how ingredients are selected, prepared & brewed, all while sharing the historic and cultural legacy of the renowned beverage.

Throughout the 90 minutes, Kaja will also guide you through four different styles, from four different prefectures.

Sake and light snacks will be provided.

A limited number of bottles will also be available for purchase.

Because we are purchasing stock based on numbers, admission is non-refundable, but is transferable.  

In order to fully appreciate the aromas and flavours - and out of respect for other participants - we request you do not wear perfume, cologne, aftershave, etc. You may otherwise be asked to leave, without refund.
