Fresh and delicate with notes of smokey, ripe cherries and raspberries and violets. Rounded tannins, fresh acidity and modest alcohol at just 11.5%!

In 2013, three friends working as wine-merchants began tapping into their network of spectacular winemakers throughout the south of France. Their idea was to draw on the talent of the best winemakers that they knew, working with the best plots of land that they knew to craft fun to drink, additive-free, terroir-driven natural wines.

Poivre d'Âne's winemaking partners all farm biodynamically and/or organically and are committed to using only indigenous yeasts and low, low amounts of sulphur with no other additives or manipulations.
