In 2010, Marco Cirese, grandson of Noelia Ricci, began working on a project to create a winery-within-a-winery. He identified the best 7 hectares of parent-winery, Pandolfa. These vineyards are located at a higher elevation (250m) with calcium-clay rich soils.
Noelia Ricci is a small ‘cru’. The vineyards are environmentally managed with full organic conversion being completed in 2021. Just 3 wines are produced.
