Vanilla & oak from the barrel, adding complexity to the beer’s dark chocolate, dried fruit, cherry and Belgian yeast spice.

With the generous addition of Lot 17 maple syrup both in the barrel and prior to packaging, the beer is rounded out to be a full bodied, rich, delectable sipper.
