Fermented and aged in stainless steel with malolactic conversion completed. 30 months on the lees. This wine is from the grand cru villages of Tours-sur-Marne (where the Chardonnay is sourced) and Bouzy (the Pinot Noir).
Beginning in just the 1950s, the original Lamiable brothers dug the cellars with pickaxes for more than twenty winter before a son, Jean-Pierre Lamiable took over the reins of the family business in 1972. Now, his two daughters. Orianne is responsible for commercial management, while Ophelia takes care of the wine and vineyards.
