Arabako is the furthest inland appellation of the Txakoli producing areas of Spain where the temperature is a little warmer and the rainfall a little less. As a result, the txakoli is a little broader and weightier than its coastal cousins. Furthermore, Kiriki do not trap carbon dioxide during fermentation leaving this example completely still and free of the style's renowned spritz.
