TASTING NOTES

Godspeed used a special mash hopping technique to amplify the Saaz hop character, and double-decocted the mash before lagering for 12 weeks.  Expect a warm, grassy, herbal beer, with a crisp, clean finish.

This is Godspeed's ode to Budvar (the original "Budweiser," before big brewers went and screwed it up), this "Special Edition" was done in collaboration with what we know in Canada as Czechvar, but is known in its home of Czechia (and most of the world) as Budějovický Budvar.
