TASTING NOTES

Delicate notes of wildflower, crusty bread, and delicate spice. This Czech-style Pale Lager features Saaz Comfort; a modern hop variety grown in Bohemia.

Named in honour of the man behind the early 20th century electrical plant that now houses Lenka’s brewhouse on the grounds of Pilsner Urquell.

Franz was double decocted, lagered in stainless for months, and naturally carbonated.
