Ferm Farm "Hugh" Ontario Wild Ale

TASTING NOTES

An all-Ontario Ale boiled over a wood-fire, then fermented with native yeast isolated from raw honeycomb in Singhampton.

Lemon citrus and herbal aromatics mesh with a good bitterness and honey notes on the finish.

Mississippi Mills Malting Co. provided the malted barley, and the Vista variety came from Hayhoe Hops in Alymer. Wildflower honey from just outside of Shelburne was added before it was conditioned in the bottle for a natural carbonation.
