Each of his bottling are of utmost purity and laser like precision. A Travers Celles is the only blend in his range.
Vinified in stainless steel to express the terroir from the lieux-dits of Mouille-Brant, Vieux Moulin, Grille Besace. Mouille-Brant (southern exposure) is on Kimmeridgian limestone; Vieux Moulin (eastern exposure) is on silty clay at the base of the hillsides; and Grille Besace (western exposure) is up on a Kimmeridgian limestone plateau at 230 metres.
Vines are 30 years old with a VERY high planting density of 9100 vines/ha.
