TASTING NOTES

Marigolds and Honey Nut Cheerios, with a lingering, dandelion bitterness.

Featuring floor-malted Pilsner malt, Saaz hops, decoction brewing and a unique barrel conditioning, this filtered version of Sklepník is unlike any other.

Unique within North America, this Czech style Lager rested in a special 40hL wooden barrel constructed in Plzeň, by the coopers at Pilsner Urquell. The vessel was lined with a proprietary resinous pitch, then shipped to Toronto, where this beer was brewed & conditioned.
