TASTING NOTES

Baked apple, fig, orange flower, clover honey, almond, vanilla, pastry dough, citrus peel and dried hay.  The palate continues with lavender, crémé brulée, lemon, ripe melon, pear, refreshing acidity and a pleasing drying finish of light wood tannins, clove and cracked black pepper.
