TASTING NOTES
Aromas of blackberry, cherry pie with a full mid-palate showing a seam of Cab Franc’s herbaceous character and a solid finish with balanced acidity. A touch earthy and dusty, but with solid tannins to carry it another 7 years.

100% Cabernet Franc from the Foxcroft vineyard, de-stemmed and crushed prior to fermentation with natural yeasts and 18-months élevage in 225L neutral French oak barrels.
