Ripe, tropical, complex, and an esoteric, delicious, mind-bending Riesling. Fresh mango, pineapple, starfruit, and pomelo. Dry and juicy, with just a touch of ginger and a phenolic texture.

20% botrytis affected. Fresh whole cluster carbonic maceration for 7 days in stainless tank and then pressed into a 2,000L concrete vessel. Alcoholic fermentation finished in concrete after 3 months and then spent an additional 9 months aging in same.
Big Head is a reference point for innovation and stylish winemaking in the Niagara region. The RAW label wines are all concrete fermented and aged, with absolutely no oak. They are wild fermented, whole cluster pressed and unfiltered.
