TASTING NOTES
Intense dry herbs, austere palate with a slight under ripe peach note, grippy tannins and pithy texture, white flowers such as apple and acacia flower, fennel and garrigue herbs and light spicy notes, of vanilla, clove and white pepper.

Uvas Felices is an under-the-radar, innovative project between distributor Vila Viniteca and a number of prestigious winemakers and oenologists across Spain. El Hombre Bala being a partnership with the winemaking team of über-celebrated Commando G.
El Hombre Bala ("the human cannonball") is from the emerging are of the high elevation (at ~850m) Sierra de Gredos mountain range to the west of Madrid from poor, weathered granitic soils with a sandy texture, very low in organic matter and with a high content of quartz and silica. Vineyards are 60 years of age.
Low intervention winemaking; no malolactic conversion, aged in old oak vessels on the gross lees, no stirring for 6 months.
