Classic profile of blueberry and blackberry fruits, cracked black pepper and a touch of smoked meat. A medium body that creates a lovely tension between fruit and characteristic fresh acidity of Niagara Syrah. Slightly shorter-grained tannins provide a lovely rustic structure.
