TASTING NOTES

Pungent, bright velvet drupes parting softly on the palate with a raspberry sorbet wash of cleansing malolactic acidity. Secondary notes of mineral lime, vanilla-oak and bloomy rind, in support of the peak expression of Ontario raspberries, fermented to a dry finish.
