TASTING NOTES

Peach and mango with a plush presence on the palate off-set by the tense acidity and tight angular structure. A really persistent, saline, pleasantly bitter finish. Super fresh now, or better with some bottle evolution over the next four to five years.

Perhaps the most important distinction to Mendes' wines is that they are bone dry whites, and are made with no fizz. This allows the terroir and minerality to shine bright and provides for some of the greatest value for those that love Chablis, Muscadet or really, any mouthwatering white with a shimmering mineral footprint.
