Overripe stone fruit, lemon juice, dry tall grass, apple cider vinegar, white pepper, light cracker, with a full, pleasant carbonation.

Three years in the bottle already, means this Oude Gueuze is ready now, but should continue to develop for another 15+ years if you're that patient.
