Prince Edward County based Trail Estates source fruit from Niagara's celebrated Craig Wismer for this delectable wine.
Fermented naturally with natural malolactic. Racked out of barrel after 10 months and bottled unfined and unfiltered. 25ppm sulphites and bottled early with results in some natural effervescence.
