An unoaked Barbera made from grapes coming from a new vineyard (2nd production year). The fermentation lasted around 2 weeks due to the low temperatures (14-16°C), kept like that on purpose in order to obtain a more fruity and less extractive wine.
Always experimenting and eager to improve, the Tenuta Foresta portfolio constantly changes and expands. Olga Semencha's father who initially dreamed up the prject passed away before it started. She continued his legacy and oversees the dynamic, small-volume winery with consulting from Bissou Atanassov.
