Using the traditional method (of Champagne and Cava), this zero alcohol wine is made with 100% Tempranillo. It offers a lovely bouquet of strawberry pie with a soft, long lasting mouthfeel with persistent bubbles. Only 25 calories per glass with just 6g/l of residual sugar [about 20g less than most 0% wines!]
