Bright & juicy with balsamic, florals, wild berries and a soft, dusty palate. Dangerously drinkable yet still soulful and profound. We can't get enough of this wine!

A very drinkable, fresh and bright expression of Freisa. Indigenous yeasts, fermented in concrete. 20% of the fruit was direct press for balance and harmony. Unfined, unfiltered.

Summer Wolf is quickly becoming a reference point for soulful, yet unpretentious, drinkable wine in the Alessandria hills of Piemonte. An organic estate located just two hills over from Cascina Iuli (where Summer and her husband, Fabrizio Iuli, reside) in the Monferrato.
