TASTING NOTES

A really luminous, ethereal wine with earth, under-ripe strawberries, bouquets of herbs and some salinity. Not for the old-school Burgundy lover, this is a compelling new vision with lightness and purity. This is gorgeous with lighter fare or simply on its own! 

Initially sharing some of his father's 14 hectares (across Chassagne, Saint-Aubin, Maranges and Santenay) while also working at Etienne Sauzet, Simon took over in 2023.

From a long and diverse range of Colin family, Simon works organically, but is somehow still flying considerably under the radar. A young vigneron to watch!
