Réva manages vineyards in some of the most important Langhe crus: Ravera in Novello, Lazzarito in Serralunga and Cannubi in Barolo. All the vineyards are cultivated organically and the estate is run by a group of young professionals who value both tradition and innovation.
This wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc (50%) and Sauvignon Gris (50%) planted on soils with lequio formation clay and limestone, with marl and fossiliferous sandstone, a mix locally known as “elveziano”. After the harvest, which takes place very early in the morning, the grapes stay on the skins for about 8 hours.
