TASTING NOTES
Champagne-quality alert! Made in the Brut Nature style (zero dosage), it's as complex as you'd expect, having been en-tirage for 32 months, while remaining balanced by singular acidity and stunning brioche and yellow fruit notes. Superb value and utterly delicious at [almost] any price point.

For almost a century, Recaredo has maintained a firm commitment: to produce wines that reflect the landscapes of the Alt Penedès (Barcelona) as honestly and transparently as possible.
In 2006, Recaredo embarked on the journey to convert their 65 HA farm to biodynamic agriculture. In 2010 they were named the first Demeter certified biodynamic producer in Pendès. Additionally - in 2019 the winery released their first bottles with the Corpinnat designation. To date, Recaredo is one of only 11 Corpinnat producers.
In keeping with Corpinnat and Demeter regulations Recaredo makes their wines with 100 percent biodynamically farmed fruit which is harvested by hand. Initial fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts only and the wines are made with a minimum of 90% indigenous varietals. Riddling and disgorging are done by hand (after being aged for a minimum of 18 months).
