TASTING NOTES
Light, enticing dry white which carries delicate aromas of bright lemon, lemon balm, citron, and hints of small flowers. The high acidity gives the palate an electric, completely refreshing mouthfeel that's very invigorating.

In the volcanic hills of the Colli Euganei, not far from Venice, internationally known grapes like Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc really shine in the realm of red wine having been planted by Conti Corinaldi di Monticelli in 1870 (predominantly Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère and Merlot).
With white wines however, native varieties reign supreme!
This Manzoni Bianco undergoes manual selection and harvest, destemming, short cryo- maceration and soft pressing. Natural decantation of the juice, fermentation at low temperature for about two weeks, maturation on the fine lees through the winter with periodic lees stirring and bottling in late spring.
Azienda Agricola “Reassi” extends over an area of about 6 hectares, totally devoted to organic vineyards. The Euganean Hills have a rich and diverse geology, where sedimentary limestone and Euganean marls cover the volcanic subsoils formed during the last period of volcanic activity providing rich basalt, tracheae, rhyolite and lalite.
