TASTING NOTES

Like a navel orange picked fresh from the tree with candied citrus peel, sweet honey and a touch of fennel.

The Marcos' family vineyards were planted by the Italian grandparents of the current winemakers, using the ancient Pergola system. Many of the original vines were lost or abandoned, and are now being recovered with the utmost respect for the land.
