TASTING NOTES
Aromas of white fruit, citrus, brioche and wildflowers. Straw yellow with golden nuances and fine and persistent perlage. The palate is complex with notes of ripe fruits with white and yellow plums, lemons, brioches and toasted almonds. Fresh, mineral-driven with persistence and length.

A unique Blanc De Blancs: This wine is made exclusively from chardonnay vineyards in Tours sur Marne, typically more famous for its Pinot Meunier. Aged eight years on the lees and from the stellar 2015 vintage.
Beginning in just the 1950s, Jean-Pierre Lamiable took over the reins of the family business in 1972, joined now, by his two daughters. Orianne is responsible for commercial management, while Ophelia takes care of the wine and vineyards.
