From 30-50 year old vines on sandy clay with east and southeast exposure at 350m elevation. Malolactic fermentation followed by 6 months on fine lees. 

Siblings Paul and Julie Fuchs, the 10-hectare organic certified estate is based in Ribeauvillé, in the heart of Alsace and includes ,more than1 hectare of the famed Kirchberg Grand Cru. The estate has many older vines, all farmed organically at very low yields. All grapes are hand harvested before gentle whole bunch pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts.

These wines can stand side by side with the great classic names of the region and offer incredible quality for the price from this small, family run estate.
