Fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 16 to 18°C, matured for five months in stainless steel tanks on its lees, which impart texture and complexity.
Spread out over lush and gentle hills in Sorbo Serpico, about an hour from Naples and Mount Vesuvius, the vineyards' soils are volcanic, sandstone and marl.
