Ferox White, Niagara Peninsula (2018)

A field blend of almost equal parts Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Kerner (little-seen in Ontario) along with some Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, this dry wine has lovely floral, Smokey and citrus aromatics with lively acidity. A subtle hint of kerosene and blanched nuts. This is a crisp wine with a pleasant bitter finish - great for the summer!
