TASTING NOTES

The Ovni is saline and sharp with green olives, almonds and dried citrus peel. Under a protective veil of flor for just six months, this wine is subtle and a perfect intro into the wines of Andalucia. 

Made with the same grape as most sherries - and some of the same techniques, this unfortified, dry and delicious white wine harkens back to a bygone era before the British insisted on fortifying sherry for its sailors
