TASTING NOTES

Sea salt, dried fruit, soft spices and oak with a delicate and racy mouthfeel. It’s nutty (think toasted almonds), bitter oranges and a tiny hint of caramel. So intense, with that signature minerality and salinity.

100% Palomino Fino, La Bota de Manzanilla 101 “florpower mmxvi” is first and foremost a single vintage white wine, from a single vineyard (the Pago Miraflores La Baja in Sanlúcar) and subsequently aged under flor in Sanlúcar de Barrameda for almost three years. [Note: this bottling uses the same base wine as Equipo Navazos' Florpower 84, but with a little added alcohol and and an extra year and a half of age under flor].
