TASTING NOTES
Pouring a copper colour this wine exudes fresh and tonnes peaches reminiscent of Viognier, along with some blanched nuts, oyster shells and floral aromatics. The palate has weight with a lot of phenolic layers to keep it lingering for a long finish.

80 year old vines, organic farming with hand harvesting from soils of Millas granite with biotite. Vinified with indigenous yeasts, minimal sulphites and aged for 12 months in used barrels.
In 2020 Eric and Léia Monné, then owners of Domaine du Clot de L'Oum, had been looking to pass the torch to someone who respected what they had already cultivated. Arthur and Eddy, both with backgrounds immersed in the agricultural & wine world, fell in love with the Côtes de Roussillon vineyards, knowing it would be the perfect place to develop their own wine project according to their values while carrying on their traditions with the greatest respect for terroir and nature.
