Morgon power and roundness. A darker fruited expression of Morgon with a slight tannic firmness and forest floor notes just starting to peak through. Super drinkable with everything or nothing at all!

The Domaine de la Bonne Tonne represents 7 generations of winegrowers with plots mostly in Morgon. Organic since 2007 and biodynamic (in practice).
Vinified naturally without yeast or additives added during winemaking. After 18 days of maceration, it is pressed, assembled in vats then put in barrels to finish fermentation and aging over the winter. A minimal dose of SO2 is added when bottling to avoid any damage to the wine during transport. You can drink it right away or wait (aging potential: up to 10 years).
