TASTING NOTES

Red cherry, herbs and white pepper are the aromas on the nose and on the palate, savoury combination of fruits, cherry, plums, umami, fresh-turned earth, smoked meat and spice.

Black Bank Hill is a vineyard and craft winery in the Lincoln Lakeshore sub-appellation of the Niagara Escarpment wine region. 

100% Syrah from the Parke vineyard, de-stemmed and crushed prior to fermentation and 18-months élevage in 225L neutral French oak barrels. A relatively broad-shouldered Syrah (for Niagara) while retaining the elegance and medium body of a cool-climate wine.
