TASTING NOTES
Copper colour with orange citrus, white flower, and some sticky toffee pudding. On the palate, it is dry and supple, with flavours of ripe persimmon and honey.

Sourced from Lincoln Lakeshore, this RAW Pinot Gris underwent 7 days of carbonic fermentation with skin contact, followed by a 4-month alcohol fermentation. Bottled unfiltered. Sadly, this is the final production of RAW Pinot Gris.
Big Head is a reference point for innovation and stylish winemaking in the Niagara region. The RAW label wines are all concrete fermented and aged, with absolutely no oak. They are wild fermented, whole cluster pressed and unfiltered.
