TASTING NOTES

A delicate alpine expression of Amaro, with delicious notes of rhubarb and gentian (an alpine flower that aids digestion) followed by some liquorice, juniper and vanilla. 

Through a rich history stemming from an influx of spices from the port of Genoa and coupled with the natural surrounding geography that is rich in herbs, flowers and fruits, Contrada Dora Grossa created a flourishing trade that refined techniques and trading. Alclemists, liqorists and distillers alike, created these excellent skills for the Amaros to shine.
